What the Journey
Looks Like.
Week One - Foundations & Self - Awareness
Arrival • Orientation • Readiness • Energetic Awareness
Week One is an intentional entry point into the Journey to the Empowered Self experience. We begin by arriving into the space together, establishing presence, safety, and openness for inner work.
We open with a brief grounding container to set the tone for the work ahead, creating a shared space of intention, presence, and connection.
Participants are then welcomed into introductions, where we begin to get to know each individual and the group dynamic.
Human Design & Energetic Awareness
(with Christina)
Each participant is introduced to their Human Design chart as a supportive framework for understanding personal energy, decision-making, and relational patterns.
This is not a deep Human Design training, but rather an accessible overview designed to support awareness and group facilitation.
We briefly explore:
Energy types and how they interact in group spaces
Decision-making styles and inner authority
How individual energy influences emotional processing and communication
This layer helps us better support each participant throughout the journey, offering insight into how they naturally engage, respond, and integrate transformation work.
For those unfamiliar with Human Design, this remains a grounding and informative introduction rather than a prerequisite knowledge system.
Readiness to Change (with Dr. Tari)
Dr. Tari guides participants through a “Readiness to Change” reflection process.
This portion invites honest self-inquiry:
Where am I in my willingness to grow and shift?
What feels available for me right now?
What resistance or readiness is present?
This becomes a foundational anchor for the experience, reinforcing that meaningful transformation requires presence, willingness, and self-awareness.
Closing Container
We close Week One with a grounding integration and a closing container to seal the experience and support nervous system regulation.
A chime bell is used to mark the opening and closing of the space, symbolizing entry into and release from the shared energetic container.
WEEK TWO — Somatic Integration & Energetic Alignment
Movement • Embodiment • Energetic Clearing • Individual Support
Week Two deepens the journey into embodiment and somatic awareness. The focus shifts from introduction and awareness into felt experience, movement, and energetic integration within the body.
We begin with a guided movement experience led by Dr. Tari, blending gentle yoga-inspired stretches and somatic awareness practices to support grounding, presence, and nervous system regulation.
Yoga Talk & Embodied Awareness
This opening segment combines movement with reflective dialogue, creating space for both physical embodiment and shared insight.
As the group moves through guided postures and breath-based awareness, we explore how different movement qualities may support different energetic patterns and individual experiences.
This portion is not a yoga class in the traditional sense, but an integrative movement experience paired with conversation and reflection.
Together, we explore:
How the body holds and processes emotion
How movement can support release and clarity
How individual energetic patterns may influence embodiment and expression
Participants are invited to move in a way that feels appropriate for their own body, energy, and comfort level.
SUN CHIN Method — Energetic Integration Experience
In the second portion of Week Two, participants are introduced to the SUN CHIN method, a co-created modality developed within the Journey to the Empowered Self experience by Dr. Tari and Christina.
This method combines:
Somatic awareness and grounding practices
Energetic clearing and recalibration
Individualized facilitator support within a group container
Participants receive focused one-on-one time with both facilitators in a supportive, structured setting, while the group remains held within a collective energetic field of integration and reflection.
During this time:
Some participants work individually with Dr. Tari in a grounded, somatic clearing process
Others receive guided energetic support within a structured group-held field facilitated by Christina
Roles rotate to ensure each participant receives individualized attention and group-supported integration
This creates a rhythm of personal attention + collective holding, allowing both depth and safety within the experience.
Group Field Integration
While individual sessions take place, the group remains in a shared supportive container focused on calm presence, integration, and energetic coherence.
This allows participants to:
Observe their own process without pressure
Experience collective holding while others receive individual support
Integrate shifts at their own pace within a safe environment
Closing Integration
Week Two concludes with a grounding integration and closing container to support nervous system settling and energetic completion of the session.
A chime is used again to mark the opening and closing of the space, reinforcing the intentional start and end of the shared experience.
WEEK THREE — Expression, Release & Integration
Voice • Movement • Emotional Release • Integration
Week Three is a culmination of the Journey to the Empowered Self experience, focusing on expression, emotional release, and integration of the work from the previous weeks.
This final week supports participants in stepping into authentic expression through voice, movement, and somatic release practices within a safe and guided group container.
Voice & Expression Circle
We begin with a guided voice and expression experience inspired by traditional Colombian song circle practices.
This is not a performance-based singing exercise—no prior singing experience is required.
Instead, it is a supportive group vocal exploration designed to reconnect individuals with their natural voice, expression, and emotional flow.
Participants are invited to:
Explore sound in a non-judgmental space
Reconnect with authentic vocal expression
Gently move through resistance around being heard or expressing themselves
This process often supports awareness of where voice and emotion may feel held or restricted, while creating space for release and reconnection.
Somatic Movement & Ecstatic Integration
Following the voice circle, the group transitions into a guided somatic movement experience.
This portion invites:
Free-form movement
Emotional expression through the body
Release of stored tension through intuitive motion
The intention is not performance, but embodied integration and energetic release through movement.
Closing Integration — Subconscious Release
The final portion of Week Three is a guided closing integration.
This is a grounded, intuitive facilitation process focused on supporting emotional completion of the experience.
Each participant is briefly held within the group field while being supported in releasing a perceived emotional imprint or internal emotional holding pattern, allowing for closure and energetic integration of the three-week journey.
Final Closing Container
We close the experience with a final grounding container to honor completion, integration, and return to self.
A chime is used once again to mark the opening and closing of the sacred group space, symbolizing both beginning and completion of the journey.
